Growth Strategy

Petro Vista' Energy four-prong growth strategy includes:

  1. Acquisition of exploitation-production properties.
  2. Exploration and Exploitation in proven Latin and South American areas.
  3. Leveraging proprietary seismic processing and interpretation methods including AVO.
  4. New Ventures in "niche", overlooked or under-explored areas.

While the Company's management and advisory team already consists of industry professionals with proven records in finding and developing reserves in Latin and South America, the Company also forms strategic partnerships to create an established, on the ground industry presence.

GROWTH

In addition to work in our current portfolio the Company will continue to review under-valued, stressed assets for possible acquisition. We are evaluating several such opportunities and our goal is to add 1-2 assets achieving an appropriate mix of near term production objectives and large upside potential in prospective areas with higher risk and higher reward. We will be making these growth decisions based on potential internal funding capabilities (production cash flow) geo-technical and commercial evaluations, required capital programs, engineering metrics and as well as various partnering options.

EVALUATIONS, BALANCE & OPERATIONS

The Company leverages a petroleum-systems approach and state of the art 3D and 2D seismic processing and interpretation techniques, resulting in advanced geotechnical evaluations.
These advanced evaluations facilitate developing a balanced portfolio of production and proven Latin and South American exploration plays.

Already being in the operations phase, the Company can utilize its in-house operations expertise to maximize the effectiveness of proprietary technology and to realize cost effectiveness in such activities as drilling and well work-overs.
